ReviewRover
About

We build the review platform we wished existed.

ReviewRover started because every other tool we tried was bloated, overpriced, and built by people who'd never run a service business. So we built one that wasn't.

Our story

From frustrated SEO consultants to platform operators.

In 2021, our founders were running an SEO agency for home service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning. Reviews were the single biggest lever for ranking in the Google map pack, but every review automation tool on the market was either gouging clients ($300–500/mo with annual contracts) or shipping lite versions that didn't move the needle.

So we built our own internal tool. It worked. Clients started ranking. Then their friends asked for it. Then their friends' friends.

Three years later, ReviewRover serves thousands of locations across North America — independent shops, multi-location franchises, and the SEO agencies who manage them. We're still bootstrapped, still founder-led, and still answer the support inbox ourselves.

What we believe

Three principles, every decision.

01

Lean beats bloated.

Every feature has to earn its place. We'd rather ship one perfect review-request flow than 40 mediocre marketing modules.

02

Pricing should be obvious.

$97/mo. That's it. No "starter, pro, enterprise" tiers. No per-seat fees. No annual lock-in. If you can't explain your pricing in one sentence, it's wrong.

03

Founders pick up the phone.

You can reach our team directly. You'll hear back from a human in under an hour. Forever. This is non-negotiable.

Co-Founder & CEO

Mike Tagaris

Mike has spent his career bridging engineering, product, and growth, and ReviewRover is where all of it points at one customer: the local service business owner trying to win more jobs without hiring a marketing department.

He's personally run 100s of live demos and onboarding calls with cleaning crews, roofers, electricians, gyms, and law firms. He's configured QuickBooks, Stripe, Jobber, and Zapier integrations live on Zoom, troubleshot 11pm “why isn't this firing” messages, and turned customer confusion into product clarity sprint after sprint. The result is a platform that “just works” on whatever stack you already use, and a founder who actually understands what it's like to run a small business with limited time and zero patience for software that breaks.

If you sign up for ReviewRover, you're not getting funneled to a support queue. You're getting a founder who'll get on a call, look at your actual setup, and stay on it until reviews are flowing. That's the whole product.
